    Meet Our Staff

    We are privileged to have a dedicated team, committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. Our entire staff is specially trained to attend to all patient needs.  Their goal is to make your visits to our office as comfortable as possible.  As a group, we participate in continuing education throughout the year, focusing on Infection Control, CPR, and Comprehensive Care.

    Dental Hygienists

    Kay Hurley Lamm, B.S., R.D.H., has been a dental hygienist with Drs. Romano and Adams since 1996.  She was instrumental in developing the office's Hygiene Maintenance Program and New Patient Experience. A graduate of Union College/Union County Technical Institute's Dental Hygiene program, Kay has over 30 years experience in the field of dentistry.  She was awarded highest academic achievement honors in the Allied Health Services Department when she received her Bachelor of Science from Montclair State University.

     

    Kay has worked in dental specialty practices, such as periodontics and prosthodontics, and is able to incorporate her past experience into our practice.  In addition to her clinical experience, she was a faculty member at UMDNJ-NJ Dental School for five years as a clinical instructor in the Dental Hygiene program.  A member of the American Dental Hygienist Association (ADHA), Kay continues to keep her current in the field of dentistry.  She has taken classes in root planing and curettage, emergency medicine, infection control and nitrous oxide sedation monitoring.

     

    She lives with her husband in Maplewood where they raised their two sons, who now live in North Carolina and Vermont.

     

    Dental Assistants

    Jackie and Carla have over 15 years of combined experience in chairside dental assisting.  Most of the procedures in our office are done "four-handed" with an assistant directly helping Dr. Romano or Dr. Adams.  This allows state of the art dentistry to be done as expeditiously as possible. 
     
    They are excellent communicators and can clarify any questions you may have regarding treatment procedures. Additionally, they ensure that infection control guidelines are fulfilled or exceeded by following a strict protocol for steriliztion of equipment.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Jackie                                                                                                                                                                                      Jackie Iannone, R.D.A,  has been working in the dental field since 2001 and graduated from The Institute for Health Education in 2003.  She has been with Madison Dental Group since March 2006.  Jackie's pleasant personality brings a sense of serenity to the office as she is able to put patients at ease.

    Patient Care Coordinators

    Andrea and Lorraine are extrememly knowledgeable when it comes to scheduling and insurance concerns.  They naturally make our patients feel at home with their warm, friendly personalities.  They work diligently to help with financial arrangements and explain timing of complex treatment plans.
     
    Andrea Ceresa, B.M., has been working in the dental field for seven years and has been with Madison Dental Group for almost three years.  Andrea is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, where she received a B.M. in Music Business Management and Performance.

    A new resident of Madison, she enjoys spending her new found, commute-free time with her two pugs, Molly and Olive, and taking long walks around town.    She loves going out with friends to hear live music, as well as trying out new restaurants and fine wines.

     

     

     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Lorraine Iannone has been an administrator in the medical field for five years, and we have been lucky enough to have her recently join our staff. 

    Lorraine lives in Parsippany with her husband, Fred, and three children.  Her hobbies include kickboxing, spinning, reading and long walks with Fred and 11 year old toy poodle, Molly.
